Q: Is the porcelain safe for daily use? A: Yes, all our porcelain is lead- and cadmium-free, meeting EU food-grade standards.
Q: Can I request a custom greeting card inside the gift box? A: Certainly! We can print your message on the blank card at no extra charge—just send us the text before ordering
Q: How is the set packed to prevent breakage during transit? A: Each piece is wrapped in PE foam, and placed in a 5-ply export carton with fragile labels.
Q: What should I do if an item arrives damaged? A: Email photos of the damage and the shipping label within 7 days; we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Q: Will the gold trim fade in the dishwasher? A: Hand-washing is recommended for gold-decorated areas. Occasional top-rack dishwasher use on a gentle cycle is acceptable but may shorten gold life.
Q: Why does my cup have a tiny dark dot? A: Tiny iron specks are natural in high-temperature porcelain and do not affect safety or durability; they are not considered defects.
Q: Is there color variation between batches? A: Minor differences can occur due to kiln temperature shifts; we control this within ΔE ≤ 0.5, visible only under close inspection.
Q: Can I remove the satin ribbon and reuse the gift box? A: Yes, the ribbon is simply tied; untie it to keep the box for storage—it's rigid and reusable.
Q: Is the product microwave safe? A: If the piece has gold or metallic decoration, do NOT microwave. Plain white areas without gold are microwave safe.
Q: How accurate are the product images on screen? A: We shoot in 5500 K daylight; slight color shifts may occur on mobile devices, but we ensure the image is 95% true to life.
Q: Can I order less than the MOQ for custom logos? A: Our MOQ is 50 sets for adding LOGO or statement; for smaller orders, we can apply a custom sticker inside the gift box instead.
Q: Will the glaze craze (spider cracks) over time? A: High-fire porcelain at 1280 °C minimizes crazing; normal use and hand-washing keep the glaze intact for years.
Q: Is the carry bag recyclable? A: Yes, the premium tote is made from 180 g/m² recyclable kraft paper with cotton handles—reuse or recycle with paper.
Q: Can you drop-ship directly to my customer without pricing? A: Absolutely. We remove all invoices and insert a neutral thank-you card; tracking is branded to you.
Q: What if the saucer diameter does not match my espresso machine? A: Cups are 120 ml standard; saucer Ø 12.5 cm. Measure your drip tray height—if unsure, message us for a 3-D drawing.
Q: Are there replacement parts for a broken cup? A: Yes, single cups can be purchased at 60% of set price when in stock; email us the series name and quantity needed.
Q: How long does custom logo sampling take? A: Laser logo: 7 calendar days after artwork approval; gold decal logo: 10 days. Samples ship via DHL 3-5 days worldwide.
Q: Is the gold trim real 24K gold? A: Yes, we use genuine 24K liquid gold, fired at 800 °C for a bright, lasting finish—gentle hand-wash keeps it brilliant.
Q: Will the porcelain crack in the freezer? A: No, it is freezer-safe to -20 °C; allow gradual thaw at room temperature—do not move directly from freezer to hot oven.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Q: How long will my order take to arrive? A: If the item is in stock at our local warehouse in your country, we ship domestically and delivery normally takes 3-5 working days. If no local stock is available, your set will be dispatched from China and will reach you in 10-15 calendar days.
Q: Are delivery costs and import duties included in the price? A: Yes. All prices shown are Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP) – both shipping and any import taxes/customs clearance fees are already covered; you will not be asked for extra payment on arrival.
Q: Which couriers do you use for local and international shipments? A: Domestic deliveries are handled by USPS / Royal Mail / DPD / Australia Post (depending on your country). International parcels from China travel via DHL, FedEx or UPS Express and are handed to the same local carriers for final-mile delivery.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number? A: Yes. A tracking link is emailed automatically within 24 hours of dispatch and is also visible in your Shopify account under that order.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing the order? A: If the parcel has not left our warehouse (local or China) we can amend the address free of charge. Email support@amieenor.com with your order number and the new details; once shipped, address changes may incur a courier redirection fee.
Q: What if my parcel arrives damaged? A: Send photos of the outer box and the broken item(s) within 7 days. We will file the carrier claim and ship a free replacement immediately – no need to return the damaged goods.
Q:What Is Your Return Policy? A: If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. www.amieenor.com reserves the right to deny any return request.
Q: Can I return the product if I change my mind? A: We do not currently offer free of charge returns for unwanted items, Please contact us if you would like to return an item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Q: How soon will I get my refund? A: Once the parcel is scanned by the carrier, we issue the refund within 2 business days. Funds normally appear in your account within 3-7 days depending on your payment provider.
Q: Can I exchange for a different design instead of a refund? A: Absolutely. Just indicate the preferred pattern in the return portal; if the replacement is in local stock it ships the same day, otherwise from China within 48 hours – no extra fees. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
