SHIPPING POLICY
1. Coverage & Duties
• We ship worldwide. All prices are Delivered-Duty-Paid (DDP); you will never be asked for extra customs, VAT, handling, or brokerage fees.
2. Processing Time
• In-stock items: 1–3 working days.
• Custom logo samples: 7 days (laser) or 10 days (gold decal) after artwork approval, then 3–5 days express transit.
• Bulk pre-orders: quoted case-by-case.
3. Transit Times
Local warehouse stock: 3–5 working days.
China warehouse: 10–15 calendar days.
(Remote areas may add 1–3 days.)
4. Carriers
Domestic last-mile: USPS, Royal Mail, DPD, Australia Post, or local equivalent.
International express: DHL, FedEx, UPS; handed to the above for final delivery.
5. Tracking
A branded tracking link is emailed automatically within 24 h of dispatch and is also visible in your Shopify / customer portal.
6. Address Changes
Free if the parcel has not left our warehouse. Once in transit, carrier redirection is possible but may incur a fee charged at cost.
7. Packaging
• Each porcelain piece is sleeve-wrapped in PE foam, sleeved again with 5-ply export carton, and marked “FRAGILE.”
• Gift boxes are enclosed in an outer kraft mailer; satin ribbon remains tied unless you request otherwise.
• Drop-ship orders are sent without invoices; only a neutral thank-you card bearing your logo is included.
8. Damaged in Transit
Email support@amieenor.com within 7 days with:
– Photo of the outer box (showing all labels)
– Photo of the damaged item(s)
We file the carrier claim and ship a free replacement immediately—no need to return the broken pieces.
9. Lost Parcels
A package is considered lost when tracking shows no movement for 7 days (express) or 14 days (economy). We will reship or refund at no cost.
10. Split Shipments
If part of your order is back-ordered we will:
– Ship available items immediately at no extra cost, or
– Hold and ship complete—your choice.
11. Environmental Note
All outer cartons and kraft tote bags are 100 % recyclable; we encourage you to reuse or place in your paper-recycling stream.
