REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility
• We accept refund / replacement requests made within 7 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.
• Qualifying reasons: item arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product / quantity.
• “Changed-mind” returns are accepted only if the goods are unused, in original inner & outer packaging, and you first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Changed-mind returns are at your cost and must reach us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Process
Step 1 – Email support@amieenor.com with:
– Order number
– Clear photos of the damage / defect (or simply state “change of mind”)
– Your preferred resolution: replacement, exchange, or refund.
Step 2 – We reply within 1 business day with an RA number and, when applicable, a prepaid return label (for damaged/defective/wrong items) or a paid label link (for change-of-mind).
Step 3 – Repack securely, affix the label, and drop off at the carrier indicated.
Step 4 – Once the parcel is scanned “in-transit” we issue the refund or dispatch the replacement within 2 business days. Funds normally reach your account within 3-7 business days depending on your card issuer.
3. Refund Scope
• Approved returns: 100 % of product cost + original shipping + any import taxes.
• Change-of-mind returns: product cost only; outbound shipping and any return costs are non-refundable.
• Gift-box add-ons or custom laser / gold logos are non-refundable unless the product itself is faulty.
4. Exchanges
You may swap for any item of equal or lesser value; price differences are refunded or charged at cost. Exchanges ship the same day from local stock when available, otherwise within 48 hrs from China—no extra processing fee.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If the carrier scan was > 5 business days ago and no refund is visible, first contact your bank, then email us with the RA number so we can trace the transaction.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been scanned by the courier. After dispatch, treat as a change-of-mind return.
